Please note that ALL bookings made online will be reviewed by me and may be adjusted, more information or pictures may be required.

• A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of $300 is charged for all Permanent Makeup Services.

• Rescheduling is not permitted within 3 weeks of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations will result in a credit for a future Permanent Cosmetic service                and cannot be used in the Spa toward Esthetic services.

• NO KIDS under any circumstances!

• Failure to show up for your Follow-up appointment will incur a charge of $175 and the same amount will be required to re-schedule this missed appointment.

 

All Permanent Cosmetic appointment requests are pending until approved. If there is anything on your client intake form that deems you ineligible for the service, I will reach out. Please be honest and thorough!
